Nicky qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist with distinction from London, Middlesex Hospital in 1989
She has extensive knowledge in the musculoskeletal field having spent over twenty years working across both the NHS and within the Private Sector.
Currently, she splits her time between Warwick Physio & Rehab and the NHS where she works as a Clinical Specialist, specialising in Upper Limb, Hip and Spinal conditions. Both of these roles complement each other while the close links with Orthopaedic services, locally, help broaden knowledge and keep her abreast of advances within this field.
In the last few years she has developed a special interest in Vestibular Rehabilitation, working closely with respected clinical consultants in this area and treating a wide range of patients suffering with vertigo / dizziness associated with inner ear conditions.
Her wealth of experience allows her to treat each person according to their individual needs. Past experience managing a large hospital gym setting developed skills to treat biomechanical and sports related injuries. Completion of a Postgraduate Manipulation course at Sheffield Hallam University developed her interest in spinal problems.
Nicky is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Healthcare Profession Council.
